Due to many variables, sometimes things do not go as expected and/or desired results can be miscommunicated. As a mobile salon my number one priority is guest experience and satisfaction. I ask that any guest who needs an adjustment to their hair reach out to me within 48 hours of the original service. Please be aware that shampooing the hair within 48 hours will affect what adjustments can be made.
