When it comes to your wedding day there is nothing more precious than time. We take out the worries of running around. (You can even wear your slippers and your comfy clothes while we make you up! We don't mind....) We highly recommend a trial appointment, this way we can perfect the look you would like to achieve on your special day. Travel fees may be applied in excess of a 15-mile radius for wedding parties ONLY from HCTC's mailing address in 02360. If necessary, there will be a $1.00 per mile charge. (all other services is a 10-mile radius)

Parking and toll expenses are to be covered by the client.

A down payment/ deposit equivalent of half (50%) of the total services expected is due upon booking.

Cash, Credit, Checks, Apple Pay and Paypal are acceptable forms of payment.

If a hotel is required for a 2 - day session, the client is expected to cover charges.

Frequently Asked Questions
How's the hair trial done?
We recommend trials are carried out two to three months before the wedding. The purpose of your hair trial is to ensure the style you have chosen will compliment both your face shape and your dress on your wedding day. We must ensure that your hair is suitable for the chosen style. We need to remind you that a trial is all about finding what works for you, it is not the final version of what you can expect on the day... your trial is basically a rough sketch; on the day itself you can expect a work of art! For your trial we ask that you wash your hair thoroughly the night before, it is best if you shampoo twice and then add a small amount of conditioner to the ends only. Use a blow dryer to smooth out your hair but do not straighten it. We would also ask that you bring any hair extensions, hair adornments and your veil that you will be using on the day of. We always suggest wearing a button down that is solid in color like that of your dress.
What if I dont want you to leave and want to keep you forever?
I get this ALL the time! Alicia and her fellow Hair Artist will run you $100 per/hour, per/artist. Alicia strongly recommends this to all of her brides . I mean, who doesn't want to feel like a celebrity on their wedding day?! Picture it now, you have your private beauty entourage trailing behind you ensuring not one hair is out of place and your lipstick ls fresh and your nose is powered. Remember, photos last a LIFE TIME, so why not look your absolute best in every photo.
and the makeup trial?
We encourage you to do a trial run to meet with us prior to the wedding to discuss personal vision and expectations. We provide you with peace of mind and a detailed makeup-hair schedule 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding. We are committed to using the up most sanitary practices by utilizing alcohol, brush cleaner for brushes, disinfectants, disposable wands and hand sanitizer in-between each client. We also carry a variety of products to accommodate your needs. We carry a variety of long wearing pro products for oily skin, dry skin, sensitive skin, vegan, oil free, non comedogenic that will not clog pores.
How far will you travel?
No distance is too far! Having done weddings in RI, NH, VT & ME . Who doesn't love a destination Hair affair! Flight and accomodations are on the bride of course. Why spend all this money on your dream destination wedding, only to get there the week of and have a trial with the only hair and makeup artist on the island, only to hate it. Have your trial local, bring us with you!
What do I need to do the day of?
Nothing, just sit back, relax, drink some bubbly and we will take you from damsel in distress to Cinderella in no time! A few weeks prior to your BIG day, we will send you a schedule to keep everyone on track and avoid any delays. We like to arrive 45 mins before go time , allows to get set up, get the mobile unit set up or move furniture around if need be (don't worry, we will leave the space how we found it if we need to work inside). This will ensure we start right on time and that you are in your dress and ready for first look right on time. Everyone should arrive with hair washed and fully dried from the previous night, Please wear a button down, zip-up or a robe which can be easily removed after styling. We promise to go the extra mile on the day of to ensure you enjoy the preparations and are delighted with the result. Our mission is not only to create your perfect look, but also make your wedding morning/afternoon a fun, relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will be there till you and your party are in your dresses; go around and add a final layer of hairspray , and powder your faces one last time.
Popular dates are usually booked up well in advance so please book early to avoid disappointment.
